~ Diana A., Wildomar Community

I realized that I wanted to come to the Community after it seemed to me that I had tried everything else, but I had not found meaning. Everything I tried felt like I hadn’t chosen it for myself, but it had been chosen for me. Community life seemed like an authentic choice for me. When I went to my 10th high school class reunion, I saw my life’s choices and the choices of my former classmates. Only one choice seemed to ring true with me. It was the choice of a classmate who had chosen to go to the Community. I was determined to find out for myself.

Living this life has proven to be authentic for me. Community life has provided me with an opportunity to give my time and energy to unfolding spiritually. It is so easy for me to get distracted from what I really want and Community life helps me from becoming distracted. I find life in common not only gives me meaning, but it makes sense in a material way too. I give my energy and work to the common good, and so does everyone else. Then we all have more and we learn from each other.

I have remained in the Community because nothing else offers me what I want in my life. Community life helps me to live my life to its fullest and to give the most. I know that I will take my problems with me wherever I go. Community life helps me to meet life’s challenges in a way that helps me to grow and be a better person.

I hope this makes you understand and help you find your own deepest yearnings..
